Our team would observe current operation and then, in conjunction with the operator's technical staff, carry out an in-depth audit of the process including:
• sampling at critical locations
• crash-stopping the mill
• taking axial samples of media and materials
• monitoring process variables etc.
A thorough report would be prepared comparing current plant performance with ‘world class' standards, and an appropriate course of action would be prescribed to realise:
• appreciable cost savings
• improved product quality
• increased plant availability
• additional capacity.
