Ciments du Sahel, Senegal for Islamic Development Bank
A project review from all aspects (economic, financial, technical and administrative) of the feasibility study documentation for the proposed 640,000 tpa cement plant at Kissane in the Republic of Senegal was undertaken for the Islamic Development Bank. The objective of the review was to allow decisions on its participation in the financing of the project.
Lagan Cement Company, Ireland
A technical review of the Lansdown Cement Works project was performed in association with International Consultants to the Bank of Ireland who are part funding the construction, installation and commissioning of a greenfield 500,000 tpa cement plant for Lagan Holdings Ltd. The review procedure addressed potential specific risks of the entire project in respect of the design, construction and commissioning programme, the investment and finance arrangements, the operating costs and the management organisation.
